Refund & Exchange Policy
At Fish Like Jesus, our mission is to spread faith and positivity through every design we create. While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — and we want to make sure you’re taken care of with honesty and grace.
Returns
If there’s an issue with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
To qualify, your item must be:
• Unused and unwashed
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
A $5 return label fee will be deducted from your refund once your item is received and inspected.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is approved.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, your item must be:
• Unused and in original packaging
• In resellable condition
A $10 exchange shipping fee covers both the return and the new shipment labels.
Your replacement will be sent as soon as we receive and inspect your original item.
Final Sale Items
Please note that clearance and on demand items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or we made a mistake, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
Email marketing@fishlikejesus.com with your:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos (if applicable)
We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund — at no extra cost to you.
